The Holiday season is beginning! Westminster will be closed next week, November 25th - 29th, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The school will resume normal operations on Monday, December 2nd.

Operation Christmas Child - Boxes Due This Friday
It's “GO” week for Operation Christmas Child. Is your shoe box ready? Have you packed your box yet? There's still time! The deadline for bringing your Operation Christmas Child shoe box is this Friday, November 22nd at noon.
Help us spread the love of Jesus to children around the globe by packing a shoe box with gifts and essential items. Westminster families have generously donated over 200 boxes in each of the last few years. With your help, we would love to continue this tradition and hit our goal of 250 boxes!
There are two options available for our families to participate in this wonderful ministry.
Option 1 - Pack a shoe box at home & bring to WCA the week of November 18th with a deadline of noon on Friday, November 22nd. If you need a shoe box and label, please reach out to Tiffany Rasmussen.
Option 2 - Pack a box online for a $25 donation by following this link. Please print your packing receipt and send it to your child's teacher, as all boxes packed online will also count toward our goal.

Boonli.com: Now Open for December AND January Lunch Orders
December deadline for orders is tomorrow morning at 9 am!
Due to the upcoming Holiday season, you may now place your orders for December and/or January on Boonli.com. The deadlines are different for each month, and for December, it's tomorrow morning - so you choose if you'd like to place both orders now, or one now and one later! (Please note that you will order each month individually.) The deadlines are as follows:
December Lunch Orders - Deadline, Thursday, November 21st @ 9 am
January Lunch Orders - Deadline, Thursday, December 19th @ 9 am
If you are new to the WCA community, or if this is your first time placing an order, please follow these steps:
- Go to Boonli.com
- Click the link to “Register” at the top of the page
- Enter the password for our school - WCA319
- Follow prompts to complete your registration, including creating profiles for each of your students and placing them in their correct grade for 2024-2025 academic year.
- Make your lunch selections and add them to your cart.
- **Be sure to “check out” and pay after you've made your selections. Your order is not placed until it's paid for!

Lost & Found

It's chilly, it's hot and, inevitably, things get left behind! The lost and found bins have been emptied and items are on display in the gym. Before we leave for Thanksgiving Break, please be sure someone in your family checks to see if anything belongs to your family. Items will be on display until the end of the school day on Friday. At that time, all unclaimed things will be donated to a local charity. Thank you for your help with this ongoing process!

Rank One Parent Portal:
Rank One is our online platform for athletic forms. All physicals will need to be uploaded to this platform and you will sign the Participation Forms (Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Policy) through RankOne.To access RankOne, please use the provided link: Online Forms (rankone.com). If your student athlete is participating in an upcoming spring sport, but it's the first WCA athletic sport for this school year, be sure to update your parent portal account by December 15th.

After School Program & Registration
We are happy to be able to offer our After School extended day program to our parents who need additional childcare. After School (available to all lower school students) begins at 2:45 with pick-up at 5:15 pm.
After School Reminders:
- Please remember that pre-registration (see process below) is needed for the after school program.
- There are a limited number of spaces available for each day. If you haven't pre-registered, and we reach our maximum number of students, your child will be unable to stay.
- Additionally, please remember that a student in extended care may only be signed out by someone who is of driving age or older.
- **Emergency contact form must be completed and returned before a child can stay for AfterSchool. Please follow this link for the form.**
- Charges of $15 per day per session will be billed to your FACTS account on a monthly basis on the 15th of the month for the previous month.
- Please know, that there will be a $10 fee for all late pickups.
- Pick-up time is by 5:15 pm. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
How do I sign up?
- Click the link: After School Registration
- Click the date your child will need to attend. If your child will attend every day of the month, or the same days each week, you may select "repeats" and choose daily or weekly. If After School reaches max capacity, you will see a red message that says "FULL" on the day.
- Click on the "Calendar" box and select “ASP SIGN UP”
- Type student name(s) into the "Who" box
- Type AS for After School.
